We currently deliver to:

  • All Emirates within the United Arab Emirates (UAE)
  • International shipping is currently not available

2. Delivery Timeframes

Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1–2 business days of payment confirmation. Estimated delivery times:

  • Within Dubai: 1–2 business days
  • Other Emirates: 2–5 business days
  • International Orders: 7–14 business days (currently not available)

Note: Delivery timeframes may vary during peak seasons, public holidays, or due to unforeseen circumstances.


3. Shipping Fees

Shipping costs are calculated based on:

  • Delivery location
  • Product size and weight
  • Shipping method selected

Shipping charges (if applicable) will be displayed during the checkout process.

Free Shipping may be offered on selected products or for orders above a specific value, as advertised on the website.


4. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email or SMS with:

  • Order number
  • Item ordered
  • Given address

You can also log into your account on DubaiShoppe.com to track your order status.


5. Delivery Attempts

  • Our courier partners will attempt delivery up to two (2) times.
  • If delivery fails due to an incorrect address, unavailability, or refusal, the order may be returned to us and additional fees may apply.

To avoid delays, please ensure your delivery address and contact details are correct at checkout.


6. International Shipping Notes (Currently, not available)

  • Duties, taxes, or customs fees are not included in the product price or shipping fee and may be charged upon arrival in your country.
  • The buyer is responsible for complying with their local import laws and paying any additional customs fees.

7. Damaged or Missing Items

If your order arrives damaged, incomplete, or with missing items, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery. We will:

  • Investigate with the courier
  • Offer a replacement, refund, or credit, depending on the issue

You may be required to submit photos of the package and product to verify the claim.


8. Cash on Delivery (COD)

COD is available only within the UAE for eligible products and order values. Please have the exact amount ready at the time of delivery.
