Return & Refund Policy


Thank you for shopping at DubaiShoppe.com, operated by Al Zahra Al Nafesa Trading LLC. We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If you are not entirely happy with your order, we’re here to help.


1. Return Eligibility

You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order, provided the item meets the following conditions:

Eligible Items:

  • Must be unused, undamaged, and in original packaging
  • Electronics must be unopened and show no signs of installation or tampering
  • Toys and incubators must be sealed, unless the item is faulty or damaged on arrival

Non-Returnable Items:

  • Items marked “Final Sale” or “Clearance”
  • Batteries, consumables, or perishable items
  • Products damaged due to misuse, neglect, or improper installation
  • Items returned without original accessories or manuals

2. How to Request a Return

To initiate a return:

  1. Email us at sales@dubaishoppe.com within 7 days of delivery.
  2. Include:
    • Your order number
    • A brief explanation of the reason for return
    • Photos of the product (if damaged or faulty)
  3. Our customer service team will review your request and guide you on the next steps.

Note: Do not send items back without receiving return confirmation.


3. Return Shipping

  • If the return is due to a product defect, wrong item, or damage during delivery, return shipping will be free of charge.
  • For other returns (e.g., change of mind), return shipping costs will be the customer’s responsibility.

4. Inspection & Approval

Once the returned item is received:

  • It will be inspected within 3–5 working days
  • If approved, a refund or replacement will be processed

Returned items that do not meet the eligibility criteria will be rejected, and no refund will be issued.


5. Refunds

  • Refunds are processed via the original payment method
  • Please allow 10–14 business days after return approval
  • For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be made via bank transfer (customer must provide valid account details) or other payment methods.

6. Exchanges

We do not currently offer automatic product exchanges. To exchange an item, please follow the return process and place a new order separately.


7. Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, notify us within 48 hours of delivery. We will:

  • Arrange a free return or replacement
  • Cover all shipping costs associated with the issue
